By accessing, registering or using MHCETGuru.in you confirm that you have read, understood and agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree — please do not use this platform.

2. 🎓 About the Platform

• MHCETGuru.in is an independent online mock test practice platform
• Created and managed by Prasad Vijay Tawade, B.Com (Pune University 2020),
• Platform provides practice mock tests for Maharashtra CET examinations
• Not affiliated with any government body or official examination authority

3. 👤 User Account Rules

• Each subscription is valid for ONE person only — not transferable
• Login credentials work on ONE device only
• Sharing username and password with others is strictly prohibited
• Any suspected credential sharing will result in immediate account suspension WITHOUT refund
• You are responsible for keeping your credentials confidential
• One subscription gives access only to the selected stream(s) — not all streams
• You must be at least 16 years of age to use this platform

4. 💰 Subscription & Payment

• Subscription fee is ₹100 per exam stream per year
• Payment accepted via UPI only (8793233823@kotak811)
• Subscription is activated manually after payment verification
• Credentials are delivered via WhatsApp within 2 hours of payment verification
• Working hours: 8 AM to 10 PM daily
• Payments received after 10 PM are processed next morning
• Subscription validity: 365 days from activation date

5. 🚫 Prohibited Activities

The following are strictly prohibited and may result in account suspension and legal action:

• Sharing login credentials with any other person
• Attempting to access platform content without valid subscription
• Copying, reproducing or distributing any MCQ or content from the platform
• Taking screenshots or screen recordings of any question or content
• Using automated bots or scripts to access the platform
• Attempting to hack, bypass or compromise platform security
• Uploading or sharing platform content on any other website or platform
• Using VPN or proxy to bypass access restrictions

6. 📱 Technical Rules

• Platform requires stable internet connection
• Recommended browsers: Chrome, Firefox, Safari (latest versions)
• One active session per account at any time
• Session auto-expires after 2 hours of inactivity
• We reserve right to perform maintenance and updates anytime
• Platform may be temporarily unavailable during maintenance

7. ⚖️ Disclaimer of Warranties

• Mock tests are for practice only — not guaranteed to match actual exam
• We do not guarantee exam success or any specific result
• Content accuracy is maintained to the best of our ability
• Platform is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind

8. 🔄 Changes to Terms

MHCETGuru.in reserves the right to modify these terms at any time. Changes will be posted on this page. Continued use of the platform after changes means acceptance of new terms.

9. ⚖️ Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of courts in Pune, Maharashtra, India.
